Enterprise OpenClaw. And a team to call.

For teams running Enterprise OpenClaw, whether they operate it themselves or RAW Labs does: what a support contract covers, and how to talk to us about one.

What support covers

Every part of the bundle. Supported.

A support contract covers the supported combination in your installations: OpenClaw, OpenClaw Enterprise and the runtime images, whether your team operates them or RAW Labs does.

  • A named contact

A private channel and a named contact, set up in your agreement. Your quote sets the days, the time zone and the initial response targets, with business hours to start.

  • Help when it fails

Help resolving product failures in the supported configuration: platform defects, compatibility problems and operating guidance.

  • Security maintenance

Vulnerabilities triaged in private and coordinated with the affected upstream project, with each fix shipped as a new release.

  • Tested updates

Updates tested as one combination and kept compatible across releases, with the upgrade path confirmed with you before a production update.

  • Maintained versions

Your quote names the supported configuration, your production and non-production installations, and how long each release is supported.

  • One route to every owner

Your contact takes each problem to whoever owns it: the bundle, OpenClaw Enterprise or a plugin. You never have to disclose sensitive details to an upstream repository.

Deployment, managed operations and work on your own agents and workflows are scoped and quoted separately. See the services
