Your agents. Our cloud.

Enterprise OpenClaw, hosted and managed by RAW Labs. Put your agents to work without managing the infrastructure.

One click to spawn. One more to scale.

Start a hosted OpenClaw agent in your workspace with one click. Scale it up and down with another: as many instances as the volume needs. No cluster to build, nothing to install.

Questions we get. Straight answers.

  1. What is RAW Labs Cloud?

Enterprise OpenClaw hosted and run by RAW Labs: OpenClaw and OpenClaw Enterprise as one maintained, supported bundle, on infrastructure we operate.

  2. What is OpenClaw?

An open-source runtime for persistent agents with a workspace, memory, tools and application connections. OpenClaw Enterprise is the control plane: identity, permissions, namespaces, revisions and audit.

  3. Can we run it on our own infrastructure instead?

Yes. The same bundle runs on Kubernetes, on premises or in your cloud, operated by your team or by RAW Labs.

  4. Which applications can agents connect to?

Hundreds of business apps through RAW Labs Connections, with the tested inventory listed per release. Slack today; Microsoft Teams is in progress.

  5. How are credentials and permissions handled?

Credentials are scoped secrets in the control plane. An agent gets the tools and permissions its preset allows, every change is an attributable revision, and there is an audit log.

  6. How do releases work?

Each release is tested as one bundle, reviewed for security and rolled out one agent at a time.

  7. Can we undo a change to an agent?

Every change to an agent is kept as a revision, and you can snapshot an agent yourself.

  8. Which models can we use?

Configurable providers; each release states the providers and models it supports. Model usage is billed separately.

  9. What does it cost?

An annual subscription for your installations and agent capacity, covering maintenance, releases and support. Users are not charged per seat. Deployment, managed operations and custom work are priced separately. Infrastructure, model usage and the connector service are billed separately.

  10. How do we get access?

Choose Request early access and leave your email. We'll email you when RAW Labs Cloud is ready for you.
