He helps companies connect ambition with execution, drawing on a deep understanding of technology, business needs and organizational change.

Dorian Selz co-founded Namics, local.ch, Memonic and Squirro, and brings 15 years of experience deploying enterprise AI across industries. Over that time he has seen what separates the AI initiatives that endure from those that stall, and he brings that perspective to strategy, growth and partnerships at RAW Labs. His expertise lies in lasting and successful enterprise transformation and in the development of new business models, helping organizations turn new technology into durable business value.

Benjamin Gaidioz

Senior Engineer

Benjamin Gaidioz holds a PhD from ENS Lyon and spent six years at CERN, first building high-performance network software for the real-time data acquisition system of the LHCb experiment, then a monitoring system that gave the engineers running the experiments a round-the-clock view of a grid of computing centres around the world. Six years at Cisco Systems followed, implementing embedded operating-system features on its highest-end routers, before he joined the EPFL DIAS research lab in 2015. He has been a senior software engineer at RAW Labs since 2017, bringing the discipline of systems that cannot be allowed to fail.

Alex Zerntev

Senior AI Engineer

Alex Zerntev holds a BSc in Computer Science and an MSc in Big Data and Artificial Intelligence from the University of Athens. He began in the Hellenic Air Force, where he spent a decade engineering robust, secure, military-grade systems built to scale. At RAW Labs since 2021, he has helped build the company's data platform and now puts AI into production for its enterprise customers, with the same standard of robustness and security behind it.
