Proposal A plan, not a pitch. Fix, improve, hand over, discover.
Process by process, the proposal says what an agent does for it. It also lists what becomes possible once agents are in place.
The proposal
- Before
- With agents
-
Fix
Problems you live with today.
Errors per week
The errors, delays and double entry an agent removes outright: what goes wrong now and stops going wrong.
-
Improve
Processes that stay, but run better.
Turnaround per step
Steps that keep their owner and their shape, with an agent preparing the work, checking it, or chasing what is missing.
-
Hand over
Work an agent takes on entirely.
Routine steps, who does them
Routine steps that leave your team's hands for good, with the approvals and limits set before the first one runs.
-
Discover
What becomes possible.
Work that was never done before
Work no one does today because it was never worth a person's time. With agents in place, it gets done.
Before the first call. What companies ask us.
-
Do we need to be on OpenClaw already?
No. The evaluation starts from how you work today, not from any tooling. Enterprise OpenClaw comes in at implementation.
-
Can our teams use agents without a project?
Yes. A team workspace is a standing setup rather than a build: a workspace of its own on Enterprise OpenClaw, the connections and knowledge the team's work needs, training for the people who will use it, support when they get stuck, and a review with you of what it delivers.
-
What happens to our data?
It stays where it must. That is one of the checks before a step is proposed, and it holds in production whether Enterprise OpenClaw runs in your environment or in ours.
-
Where does the solution run?
In your environment, on premises or in your cloud, operated by your team or by us; or in ours, RAW Labs Cloud, run by RAW Labs.
-
What stays under human control?
Approvals and exceptions. Routine steps run on their own, anything that needs a judgment reaches the right person, every action is attributable, and the approvals and limits are set before the first run.
-
What does managed operations include?
Monitoring, updates, incident response, backups and recovery for the installation, under an operating scope agreed before hand-over: who does what, the hours of coverage and how to escalate. Custom workflows and integrations are looked after under a separate maintenance agreement.
-
What does it cost?
Enterprise OpenClaw is an annual subscription for your installations and agent capacity, covering maintenance, releases and support. Users are not charged per seat. Implementation is a fixed project fee against agreed deliverables, managed operations and solution maintenance are recurring fees, and further development is a fixed fee or a day rate. Infrastructure, model usage and the connector service are billed separately. Ask us for a quote for the assessment.
-
Which industries do you work with?
Any business where routine work runs through people and systems. Our background is in telecommunications, manufacturing, financial services and healthcare, and the evaluation is the same on a dispatch floor, at a ward station, in a back office or at a pharmacy counter.
