Assessment Where AI agents fit. And where they don't.

Four steps, and a clear answer before anything is built.

  1. An operations manager walking a consultant down an aisle of a dispatch warehouse, pointing at the shelves.

    01  Observe

Time beside the people who do the work.

We sit with your team and watch the work as it happens: the requests coming in, the handoffs, the exceptions, the workarounds nobody wrote down.

  2. A consultant sorting printed forms into three piles on a dark desk.

    02  Research

Every step sorted into three piles.

We study the systems the work runs through and who is allowed to do what, then sort every step: what an agent can take over, what needs a person in the loop, what stays exactly as it is.

  3. An employee at a desk and a laptop running beside them, a consultant leaning in to compare the two.

    03  Experiment

A candidate agent on real cases.

In a sandbox, side by side with the person who does the job today, on last month's cases, with the results compared line by line.

  4. An engineer checking a connection in an open rack in a dim server room.

    04  Ensure

It has to hold before it is proposed.

Data stays where it must, every action is attributable, and the people in charge keep the approvals. Only then does a step make it into the proposal.

Implementation on Enterprise OpenClaw Built together. Your team holds the keys.

We set up Enterprise OpenClaw in your environment or ours, connect your systems and build the first workflows alongside your people, then train your users and administrators before we hand over.

Before the assessment. What companies ask.

  1. What does the assessment involve?

Time beside the people who do the work, then every step sorted into what an agent can take over, what needs a person in the loop and what stays as it is. A candidate agent is tried on last month's cases in a sandbox, side by side with the person who does the job today, before anything goes into the proposal. How long it takes depends on how many processes are in scope and on access to your systems, so the schedule is agreed with you before we start.

  2. What do we get at the end?

A proposal, process by process: what an agent fixes outright, what it improves, what it takes over entirely and what becomes possible once agents are in place, with the figures behind each.

  3. What do you need from us?

Time with the people who do the work, access to the systems the work runs through and to a month of past cases for the sandbox trial, and someone who can tell us who is allowed to do what.

  4. Who builds it, and what happens after hand-over?

We do, alongside your people: we set up Enterprise OpenClaw, connect your systems and build the first workflows together, then train your users and administrators. After hand-over your team holds the keys. The subscription keeps the platform current with tested releases, patches and support, and managed operations is there if you would rather we kept running it.
