Ready-made agents. By process, by industry.

The agents we have already built, for the lifecycle every company runs and for the industries we work in. In your systems, under your control.

By process From the first lead to the cash in the bank. An agent at every step.

Each one is assessed, proposed and built with your people, in your environment or ours. It starts with an assessment.

Sales Assistant

Assistant agents

Scores leads, spots cross-sell and retention chances, suggests the next action.

  • Lead scoring
  • Cross-sell
  • Retention
  • Next action
Runs
On every new lead and every change to an account, and on request from a seller.
Connectors
CRM, Marketing automation, Email and calendar, Order history.
Rules
  • Scores each lead on fit and intent: the company's profile, the history with similar accounts, and the last touches.
  • Flags a cross-sell when an account's orders match a pattern that led to a wider basket elsewhere.
  • Flags a retention risk when activity, orders or support signals drop against the account's own baseline.
Policies
  • Suggests, never sends: every message goes out under a seller's name, after they have read it.
  • Reads the CRM; writes only its scores and notes, in fields of its own, with the reasoning attached.
  • Uses nothing about a person beyond what the CRM already holds.
Outcome
Sellers start the day with a ranked list and a reason beside each name, and spend their time on the accounts that are moving.

Order to Invoice Manager

Autonomous predictive agents

Runs order to invoice end to end; predicts billing errors and fixes them.

  • Order management
  • Billing
  • Error prediction
  • End to end
Runs
On every order, from entry to the posted invoice.
Connectors
Order management, Billing, Contracts and price lists, Customer master data.
Rules
  • Checks every order against its contract before it is confirmed: prices, discounts, terms, tax and the billing address.
  • Predicts the invoices likely to be disputed from the patterns of past disputes, and fixes the cause before the invoice is cut.
  • Issues the invoice the moment the delivery is confirmed, in the customer's required format and channel.
Policies
  • Corrects within the tolerances you set; a credit note, a price override or a changed contract goes to a person.
  • Every change it makes is recorded with the before, the after and the reason, in the order's own history.
  • Stops and asks when its confidence drops, rather than guessing.
Outcome
Orders flow to invoice without the pile of rework at month end, and the disputes that remain are the real ones.

Fulfillment Advisor

Assistant agents

Plans fulfilment with the supply chain in view; flags bottlenecks with a way around.

  • Fulfilment planning
  • Supply chain
  • Bottlenecks
  • Re-routing
Runs
On every confirmed order, and whenever stock, capacity or a carrier changes.
Connectors
Warehouse and inventory, Purchasing and suppliers, Carriers and transport, Production planning.
Rules
  • Plans each order's route against stock, lead times and carrier capacity, and shows the plan with its assumptions.
  • Watches the plan: a late supplier, a full dock or a missed carrier cut-off becomes a flagged bottleneck with the orders it touches.
  • Proposes a way around each bottleneck, another site, a split shipment, a different carrier, in order of cost.
Policies
  • Advises; the planner commits the plan, and the commitment is written back under their name.
  • Never promises a date to a customer; that message is the account team's.
  • Keeps supplier terms and prices inside the systems that hold them.
Outcome
Planners see the bottleneck before the customer does, with a way around already costed.

Service Assistant

Assistant agents

Plans installs and service requests, tracks progress, helps troubleshoot.

  • Installs
  • Service requests
  • Scheduling
  • Troubleshooting
Runs
On every service request and install order, and on request from a technician.
Connectors
Field service and ticketing, Installed base and asset records, Parts inventory, Calendars and dispatch.
Rules
  • Plans installs and service visits from the installed base, the parts on hand and the technicians' calendars.
  • Tracks each request from opening to closure and chases the step that is waiting.
  • Walks a technician through a fault with the asset's history and the known fixes, and records what worked.
Policies
  • Proposes appointments; the dispatcher confirms them, and the customer hears from a person.
  • Opens no work order and orders no part without an approval; both are one click away.
  • Stores the asset and the fault, and nothing about the people on site beyond their names and roles.
Outcome
Fewer repeat visits, because the right part and the right history travel with the technician.

Cash Application Specialist

Assistant agents

Matches payments to invoices; brings the analytics to clear exceptions.

  • Payment matching
  • Remittances
  • Exceptions
  • Analytics
Runs
On every bank statement and remittance advice as it arrives.
Connectors
Bank statements, Accounts receivable, Remittance inboxes, Customer portals.
Rules
  • Matches each payment to its invoices on amount, reference, remittance text and the customer's habits.
  • Clears short payments, deductions and partials against what each customer has done before.
  • Groups the exceptions by cause and brings the evidence for each: the invoice, the remittance, the history.
Policies
  • Posts only exact and rule-cleared matches; everything else is proposed to the cash team with its reasoning.
  • Never writes off: a deduction is a proposal for a person to accept or dispute.
  • Bank data stays where it lives; the agent reads it in your environment.
Outcome
Cash is applied the day it lands, and the team's hours go to the exceptions worth a conversation.

Credit and Collections Driver

Autonomous predictive agents

Keeps credit risk in view; plans collections and personalises dunning.

  • Credit risk
  • Collections
  • Dunning
  • Personalisation
Runs
On every open invoice, every day, and whenever a customer's risk changes.
Connectors
Accounts receivable, Credit and risk feeds, Email, Customer master data.
Rules
  • Scores credit risk from payment history, open exposure and the external feeds you subscribe to.
  • Plans collections by risk and value: whom to contact, when, and through which channel.
  • Writes each reminder in the customer's tone and language, with their invoices and their history in it.
Policies
  • Sends the routine reminders itself, within the ladder you approve; holds, legal steps and credit limits are a person's decision.
  • Pauses a customer the moment a dispute is opened, and tells the account owner.
  • Every message is logged against the customer, and the next step is always visible.
Outcome
Overdue balances shrink without a bigger collections team, and the customers who pay late still hear from you in a way they like.

Revenue Assurance Agent

Autonomous predictive agents

Finds where revenue leaks, acts early and feeds the cause back to be fixed.

  • Revenue leakage
  • Root cause
  • Early action
  • Controls
Runs
Continuously, across orders, contracts, usage and invoices.
Connectors
Billing and contracts, Usage and metering, Order management, Data warehouse.
Rules
  • Reconciles what was contracted, what was delivered or used, and what was invoiced, line by line.
  • Finds the gaps: unbilled usage, expired discounts still applied, price lists out of step with contracts, credits without a cause.
  • Traces each leak to its cause, a process, a system or a rule, and feeds it back to the owner to fix.
Policies
  • Raises; a person bills. A missed charge becomes a proposed invoice line, with its evidence, for finance to release.
  • Never changes a contract or a price.
  • Works on the records as they are; nothing is copied out of your environment.
Outcome
The revenue you earned is the revenue you invoice, and the leaks stop recurring because their causes get fixed.

Communications Manager

Foundational agents

Sorts incoming email and messages, extracts what matters, drafts the reply.

  • Email triage
  • Extraction
  • Drafting
  • Routing
Runs
On every incoming email and message, as it arrives.
Connectors
Email and shared inboxes, Chat and messaging, Ticketing and CRM, Document store.
Rules
  • Sorts every message by what it is: an order, a complaint, an invoice query, a request, noise.
  • Extracts what matters, the customer, the order, the amounts, the dates, the ask, into the system that needs it.
  • Drafts the reply in your tone with the facts pulled in, ready for a person to send or for the right agent to act on.
Policies
  • Sends nothing: drafts wait for a person, or for the agent that owns the process, within its own policies.
  • Routes by rules you can read; an uncertain message goes to a person, not to a guess.
  • Attachments are scanned and stay in your environment.
Outcome
Nothing sits unread in a shared inbox, and the other agents start their work with the facts already in hand.

Master Data Manager

Foundational agents

Keeps master data current; detects anomalies and corrects them before they spread.

  • Master data
  • Anomalies
  • Data quality
  • Corrections
Runs
On every change to a customer, product, supplier or price record, and in a scheduled sweep.
Connectors
Customer and supplier master records, Product information, Price lists, Company and address registers.
Rules
  • Checks each new or changed record for duplicates, missing fields and values that conflict with another system.
  • Detects anomalies against the record's own history and its peers: a price out of band, an address that moved, a tax code that cannot be right.
  • Corrects what the rules allow and traces the rest to the system where the error was born.
Policies
  • Corrects only within the rules you approve; a merge or a deletion is proposed, never done alone.
  • Keeps the trail: who or what changed the record, from what, and why.
  • Personal data is handled under the rules you set for it, and only where it already lives.
Outcome
Every other agent works from data that is right, and the errors stop spreading before they reach an invoice.
Autonomous predictive agents
Own a stretch of the lifecycle. Predict where it goes wrong and remediate, every step recorded.
Foundational agents
Keep the communication and the data every other agent depends on clean.
Assistant agents
Work beside a person. Gather, match and track; the decision stays with your team.

By industry Vertical solution packs. Across all three lines.

For insurance, industrial manufacturing, life sciences, or your industry. Every pack has the same eight parts.

  1. Process library

The industry's core value chain mapped as it is and as it runs with agents.

  2. Agent and skill pack

Pre-built, pre-vetted skills and multi-agent workflows for the top use cases.

  3. Connector pack

RAW Labs Connections to the industry's dominant systems.

  4. Domain data model and knowledge base

Taxonomies, terminology, document types and regulatory sources.

  5. Compliance pack

Control mappings, audit trails, model-risk documentation and a risk classification for each use case.

  6. Evaluation sets

Industry-specific test cases and acceptance thresholds.

  7. Value benchmarks

Reference KPIs and business-case templates per use case.

  8. Role and operating-model blueprints

How teams in the industry are restructured around agents.

Before the first agent. What companies ask.

  1. How ready is ready-made?

Each agent starts as a reviewed recipe on Enterprise OpenClaw: a RAW Labs Preset with its configuration and permissions already set, and the skills and workflows for its job. What remains is yours: connecting your systems, setting the approvals and tuning it to how your process runs, which is the build.

  2. Can we start with one agent?

Yes. Each agent is its own use case, assessed and built on its own and taken from pilot to production through agreed stage gates, so one can go first and the next follow on the same platform.

  3. Do they work with our systems?

Through RAW Labs Connections, which reaches the business applications in the tested inventory of each release. Every connection runs under an account you authorise, with the operations an agent may perform scoped to it; an industry pack adds the connectors for its industry's dominant systems.

  4. Does an autonomous agent act without anyone approving?

Only within the limits set for it. An agent can use the tools and accounts it has been granted and nothing else, denied by default; the actions you mark as sensitive wait for a person at an approval checkpoint in the workflow; the split of roles between people and agents, with its escalation points, is agreed in the operating model before go-live; and every change to a deployed agent is recorded and attributable.

  5. How do we know an agent is working correctly?

Before go-live, against test sets with accuracy and safety thresholds agreed with you, then a stage-gated rollout from pilot to production. In production its performance, drift and exceptions are monitored and the agent is kept improving. An industry pack brings its own test cases and acceptance thresholds.
