Product · Kora

Reliable agentic workflows.

Production-grade orchestration for AI agents. Built so they behave the same way on the thousandth run as on the first — typed inputs, traced calls, deterministic recovery, full audit trails.

Capabilities

What Kora enforces.

  • Typed contracts

Every tool the agent can call has a typed schema. The framework validates inputs and outputs at runtime — invalid states never reach production.

  • Traced execution

Every step is recorded: which agent, which tool, which arguments, which result. Drop into any past run and replay it deterministically.

  • Governance built in

Policy enforcement, access control, lineage, and audit trails enforced at the system level — not the trust-the-developer level.

  • Production-observable

Metrics, logs, and traces in the formats your platform team already uses. Failures are first-class signals, not opaque crashes.

FAQ

Kora, briefly explained.

What is Kora?
Kora is RAW Labs’ production-grade orchestration product for AI agents. It is designed so that agents behave the same way on the thousandth invocation as on the first — typed inputs, traced calls, deterministic recovery, and observable behaviour under real production load.
How is Kora different from other agent frameworks?
Most agent frameworks optimise for the demo: getting a single agent to complete a task. Kora optimises for production: reproducible runs, typed contracts on every tool call, deterministic recovery from partial failure, full audit trails, and observability that lets your team debug what an agent did and why. The framework is the same Engineering Layers RAW Labs has been building behind enterprise AI since 2015 — data, integration, governance, runtime — applied to agent orchestration.
What kinds of workflows does Kora run?
Kora is targeted at enterprise agentic workflows: agents that touch operational systems (databases, APIs, SaaS apps, internal tools) and have to satisfy reliability, audit, and compliance requirements. Examples include customer-support assistants that query real data, finance agents that reconcile transactions across systems, and operations agents that drive runbooks under human supervision.
Does Kora run on top of MXCP?
Kora and MXCP are complementary RAW Labs products. MXCP is the open-source enterprise Model Context Protocol server — the layer that exposes data and tools to agents safely. Kora is the orchestration product that runs the agents themselves. They are commonly deployed together: MXCP for the data/tool plane, Kora for the agent control plane.
Is Kora open source?
Kora is a commercial product. MXCP, the enterprise Model Context Protocol server it commonly runs alongside, is open source (BUSL-1.1) and available at mxcp.dev and on GitHub at github.com/raw-labs/mxcp.
